"I'm most interested in photovoltaic power generation. I hope this technology can be applied in Africa in the future," said 26-year-old Qiao Feng (YIRGALEM ASEFA), a team

leader from the Ethiopian subsidiary of Suzhou Sinoma Construction Co., Ltd. As a participant in this year's "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Workshop "Chinese + Intelligent

Manufacturing" Research Camp, Qiao Feng embarked on a two-week research-learning journey at Shandong Polytechnic College. On the eve of his departure, he expressed his

love and reluctance for this place in Chinese.

" Teach  according  to  the  students'  levels,  making  the  profound  knowledge  more  accessible,  the beneficial content  more useful,  and  respecting  the  students'  individual  characteristics." The two - week training and study program covers projects such as "Chinese language + skills","theory+practical exercises", and "intangible cultural heritage +

research study". Through language learning, the students can reach the HSK Level 1 standard. Through practical skill operations and simulated exercises, a solid foundation is     laid for the improvement of the students' professional skills.Through the experience of intangible cultural heritage and research study in museums, the students can have a

deeper understanding of Chinese culture and feel the profound heritage of Chinese civilization.

This year's "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Workshop "Chinese + Intelligent Manufacturing" Research Camp attracted 20 outstanding team leaders from Chinese-funded enterprises

in Zambia and Ethiopia. These team leaders play an important role in connecting senior management and front-line employees within the enterprises, and they are the key links

promoting internal communication and collaboration. By participating in the "Chinese Bridge" activities, these students can not only improve their Chinese proficiency and

professional skills, but also gain an in-depth understanding of the latest developments and trends in the field of intelligent manufacturing, injecting new vitality into the

cooperation and communication between Chinese and African enterprises.

Against the backdrop of the best historical period in China - Africa relations,  both sides are committed to further promoting practical  and efficient exchanges and cooperation.  As an important platform for China - Africa cultural exchanges,  the " Chinese Bridge " activity  serves  as  an  opportunity for Shandong  Polytechnic  College.  Relying on  the  construction of platforms such as the overseas Luban-Mozi College and the ChineseWorkshop, the college organizes and conducts various forms of "Chinese + vocational skills"  exchange activities. It continuously promotes the synchronous development and concerted efforts of international Chinese language education and vocational education, and

makes contributions to vocational education by providing talent support and intellectual backing to promote common prosperity and progress between China and Africa.

In recent years,  Shandong Polytechnic College,  in cooperation with the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education,  jointly established the

world's first batch of two Chinese Workshops in Thailand and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Relying on these Chinese Workshops, the college has undertaken

nine"Chinese Bridge"group exchange projects for four consecutive years. Using language as a bridge and skills as a path,  it  has successively carried out  "Chinese  + vocational  skills" exchange activities focusing on ten majors, including flight attendant, photovoltaic power generation,  intelligent manufacturing,  and new energy vehicle technology.   A  total of 756 teachers and students from 30 countries have gathered in Jining to conduct immersive experiential learning.
